  • And with the prompt command open on your screen, type “printui /s /t2” to open the print server properties Window.
  • You can now remove the driver and package for the printer.
  • Add your printer by selecting add a printer from devices and printer.
  • Now, your printer’s status is online and it will allow you to print.

Alternate Method:

Here is another method you can try if you are still not able to get your printer back online.

  • Open the control panel window and go to devices and printers
  • Now go to the printers tab and select Settings.
  • The setting menu will open. In the settings menu, right-click on the printer tab.
  • Now click on the what’ printing option.
  • You can also left-click and select manage device.
  • Now click on the printer menu in the Window, which opens and uncheck “Use Printer Offline.”
  • If there are any items in the printing queue, your printer will start printing.
